Situated in the heart of Mayfair, this complete renovation and refurbishment project sympathetically transformed this historic Grade II Listed building into a luxury showroom and offices. MBL were instructed to undertake a full renovation and internal refurbishment of this historic 1821 built, five-storey building in the heart of Mayfair. Skills in creating oppulent residential spaces with exception attention to detail and a zero defects policy were a key reason for being appointed to achieve the wishes of this private client for this commercial project.
A dedicated MBL team completed full structural works including excavating the basement and roof works and moving walls. A spectacular entrance greets the clientele and luxurious seating areas, a dining and meeting room are at their disposal. The vaulted cellar works include the creation of a wine cellar, display room, gym. Bright, luxury offices have been created on the upper floors. A feature lift installation connects the levels.
Despite the extensive external and structural works, central to the client’s brief was the internal refurbishment and high end, quality finishes. MBL’s expertise ensured that a journey was created for the client’s high-end customers. Upon entering the newly renovated building, they were met with high vaulted ceilings, elegant finishes and enjoyed a luxurious ambience, steeped in history of this remarkable building.
