This contemporary new build project was taken on a Design & Build project so the client has a single point of responsibility for the contract from design to finish.
We worked with Thomas Alexander as novated architects to create a row of five modern, light and airy terraced houses on an infill site. An open plan kitchen diner and a living room wrap around a central courtyard. The courtyard can be accessed from both sides through concertina patio doors. The design works beautifully as a light source downstairs and it seamlessly merges indoor and outdoor space into one to create modern new homes.
In addition to these new build two storey terraced houses on this infill site in South London, we will be the main contractor appointed to complete another four flats for our clients in 2020.
