Michael Brady Ltd was appointed to deliver the complete demolition and ground-up construction of a six-bedroom luxury residence, designed to the highest standards of modern private living. The project replaced an existing dwelling with a new-build home featuring spacious living areas, a home office and a bespoke bar, all built to perfection.
To overcome site constraints, the new house was constructed on a piled foundation system with a piled contiguous retaining wall, ensuring stability and safety throughout the build.
Internally, the property features high-end joinery, a marble centrepiece staircase and the installation of a lift for accessibility.
The external works were equally ambitious. Working alongside an award-winning landscape designer, MBL delivered extensive soft and hard landscaping throughout the site. This included the delicate relocation of a stream serving neighbouring properties, a key environmental and structural consideration handled with precision and care.
