The MBL team restored and refurbished a derelict hotel in Philbeach Gardens to construct contemporary apartments inside.

The building project involved strengthening to the existing structure of the basement as well as extending it. This allowed for a new four storey extension at the back of the building. Similar materials were used to match the exsting 19th century building.
