MBL carried out the conversion of an office building into nine, luxury, apartments. HL Architects designed the conversion for English Rose Estates specifiying high-end finishes.
The project involved the total refurbishment set over six floors including new services including HVAC systems. To create additional space, we excavated the ground floor. We added an additional floor on the roof of this previous office building to create a luxurious penthouse with rooftop garden. A modern lift installation completes this conversion to create nine high-end 1, 2 and 3 bedroom appartments.
