Adding splendour to Chester Square

£4m refurbishment of Georgian house and mews in Chester Square

 

Working in partnership with PT Projects, MBL have secured a £4m project to fully refurbish a unique residential property in the heart of Chester Square.  Works are due to start imminently on the Grosvenor Estates’ Georgian house, which will see a complete refurbishment of the building to the exacting standards of the client.  Alongside the refurbishment, the MBL team will construct a new mews house to add to the splendour of this beautiful property.
