Michael Brady Ltd successfully transformed a 30,000 sq ft office building in Kensington Square into a high-end dementia care home, setting a new standard in specialist care facilities.

Designed to provide exceptional living conditions, the facility offers 40 elegantly designed patient rooms, the majority of which are en-suite, along with a comprehensive range of private and communal healthcare, therapy, and social spaces.

Residents and their families can enjoy a library lounge, a bar and restaurant with an industrial kitchen, and premium-quality finishes throughout. The project also features generous outdoor spaces, a rare luxury in central Kensington, ensuring a serene and welcoming environment.
