MBL Appointed as Main Contractor for QPR Training Facility

As one of London’s leading Main Contractors and with many of our staff passionate supporters of Queens Park Rangers and the English Football League, Michael Brady Ltd are incredibly proud to announce we have been appointed as the Main Contractor for QPR’s new training ground facility in the London Borough of Hounslow.

Following our involvement from initial design concept, right through to the successful planning award, Michael Brady Ltd have been instructed to design and build with our in-house architectural design team this purpose-built facility for completion summer of 2023. The new training ground will be utilised by the first team, U21s as well as the academy teams through the club.
 
The building is being constructed with a hybrid modern Steel Frame and exposed timber, with concrete decks to both first floor and mezzanine floor levels. The external façades will feature both aluminium and polycarbonate cladding on the relevant elevations with feature sustainable home-grown timber fins on the vertical facades.
 
Internally, Michael Brady Limited will be providing state of the art facilities, including a purpose build Hydropool, state of the art changing facilities for both the first team, as well as the academy teams. Large dining and recreation area’s will be provided, as well as offices for the management team and club operational team.
