Michael Brady Ltd is proud to continue our long-standing partnership with Empiric Student Property plc, having recently been awarded two new student accommodation refurbishment projects in the heart of Bath.
These projects involve the reconfiguration of existing layouts and structural alterations to reduce over 77 rooms to 63 larger, higher-spec rooms - in line with Empiric’s evolving brand standards. The new layouts will offer a mix of upgraded cluster flats and self-contained studios, designed to elevate the student living experience.
Work will be delivered in multiple phases to accommodate live student occupancy, with careful planning and sequencing in place to ensure safety and minimise disruption. MBL brings extensive experience in delivering complex student accommodation projects in live environments, with a strong track record of working collaboratively with site teams and building users.
We look forward to completing these works in time for the Autumn term intake, and to continuing our valued relationship with Empiric as they invest in creating best-in-class spaces for their student communities.
