MBL Converts 9 Grade II Listed Houses

MBL is converting 9 Grade II listed houses into 44 HMOs for key workers at the Royal Brompton Hospital

We're proud to be working on this project. Supporting local communities is in our DNA and key workers are a big part our our communities. 

Onsite, the first fix M&E is currently being completed. The steels have been installed into the basement spanning across all 9 houses, which support the whole building.

As you can see in the photo, the new roof is looking exceptional. We've used new Welsh Slate tiles, which are being installed across the whole roof and will provide the perfect finish to this project.
