MBL are currently working on a preservation & restoration project at a stuning period Georgian property in North London. Projects like these take exceptional care and attention to detail when preserving & restoring original period features.

In the cover photo you can see the large floor-to-ceiling windows that are just one of many stunning features across the property. The original lath and plaster has been reinstated and the existing skirtings, doors, windows and decorative cornices have been restored by our expert team.

Working with 200 year old buildings comes as second nature to us. We've worked on many preservation, restoration & refurbishment projects over the last 29+ years, including many listed buildings, such as Mayfair & Holland Park.

We look forward to sharing more updates of this project as it nears completion.
