Project Completion: 3-5 Bedford Row with Frogmore

Michael Brady Ltd is pleased to announce the successful completion of the refurbishment and Cat A fit-out of 3-5 Bedford Row in Holborn.

Appointed as Principal Contractor by Frogmore, we have delivered a comprehensive transformation of three interconnected Georgian townhouses, creating 27,200 sq ft of high-quality office space.

This project involved a significant reconfiguration of the existing buildings, planning permission to extend the property, introducing roof terraces, cycle storage, and end-of-trip facilities, and the implementation of full electric systems complemented by Solar PV.

The refurbishment was carried out to the highest standards of sustainability and energy efficiency, targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating and achieving an EPC A rating. The project also included the installation of green roofs and enhancements to accessibility and mobility throughout the building.

The completion of 3-5 Bedford Row reflects the dedication and expertise of a highly skilled project team. We would like to extend our thanks to Frogmore, HUT Architecture, Quantem, Elliott Wood, Cream Engineering Services for their collaboration.

With this project now complete, we look forward to seeing the building’s next chapter as a newly reimagined office space.
