We offered a Design and Build service for a North London project when we built 12 new apartments above the roof level of an historic building. MBL were able to engage early with the tenants of the 36 existing residential units as they remained inside the building during construction. For this reason, Design & Build was of crucial importance in the successful delivery to our client.
