"MBL were responsible for the sympathetic and skilful refurbishment and remodelling of our Grade II listed home in NW London. They quickly demonstrated their expertise and experience from the initial pre commencement meetings right through to the final snagging and handover. They offer an ideal balance of professionalism and friendliness across the entire team, our monthly progress meetings never felt like chore. The workers and sub contractors on site were highly skilled and always attentive to the historical importance of the property. They handed the property over on time and finished to an exceptional standard, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. 2 years later and I’m still in regular contact with the team who always make themselves available for any questions. Thanks to the entire MBL team."

The heart of this grand project lies a 200-year-old Grade II Listed Building with a rich history. This remarkable property was once the home of Sir Thomas Stamford Raffles, known as the founder of Singapore. Over time, it had been divided into four individual apartments. Our mission was to reunify this historic gem into one show-
stopping residence.

The home boasts 6 bedrooms, an outdoor swimming pool and luxury living spaces throughout.

The restoration project was an homage to history and a commitment to perfection. The MBL team carefully preserved and restored the original period features and even the 200-year-old windows of this splendid Georgian property in Totteridge.

This home blends modern luxury finishes seamlessly with the historical grandeur. Through our expertise we succeeded in creating a living space that bridges two centuries.

This project stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment to perfection and the harmonious merging of history and modern luxury.
