Michael Brady Ltd (MBL) expertly constructed three new, luxurious, residential dwellings. As a main contractor, MBL ensured the properties are built to a high level of specification and design and finished to perfection. This stunning project was featured in the Sunday Times. The interior fnishes in the properties included finished concrete on walls and ceilings, with luxury fittings. A lane swimming pool and leisure facilities is installed in the 400m2 basement that underpins the 3 properties.
As the site is beside a railway bank, structural works including leveling the site and inserting continuous piles around the front and side perimeters were needed to shore up the bank. Ground source heat pumps are installed via 180m deep boreholes. The construction project needed particular care and coordination as the works were in close proximity to a busy railway.
