MBL Awarded Student Accommodation in Southampton

Michael Brady Ltd (MBL) is thrilled to announce the commencement of a new student accommodation project in Southampton.

This undertaking presents MBL's developing partnership with Empiric, and this project with this client.

The Southampton project is set to span 13 months and at its core the project involves the comprehensive re-cladding of an 11-story building—a monumental task that aims to enhance both aesthetics and safety. The entire facade of the building will undergo a rejuvenation, breathing new life into the space.
 
The team will also be transforming the building, with additional units added creating 173nr modern and market leading student rooms. With extensive experience in the student accommodation sector, MBL understands the importance of providing students with a conducive environment for their academic journey.
 
The scheme benefits for a full complement Ground floor amenity offer of management suite, lounges, entertainment, gym, private dining, study, co-working, parcel services via reimagining the building's entry point as a welcoming and functional space for residents. This encompasses a substantial set of services to cater to the needs of modern students.
