MBL Completes 8 Student Accommodation Projects This Summer

Michael Brady Ltd (MBL) is proud to announce the successful completion of eight student accommodation projects over the summer holidays. These projects, which included refurbishments of over 500 rooms, were spread across the UK, with five in London, two in Leeds, and one in Nottingham.

MBL's dedicated team focused on transforming en-suite studio rooms, introducing new joinery furniture, updating mechanical and electrical systems, and fully renovating bathrooms. The result is modern and comfortable living spaces that enhance the student experience.

Two of these projects also involved significant upgrades to communal amenity spaces, providing students with access to state-of-the-art facilities like cinema rooms, gyms, and study lounges.

One of the remarkable aspects of these projects was MBL's meticulous planning and execution to minimise disruptions, especially considering that many buildings were occupied by live-in students during the renovations.

These projects align with MBL's commitment to excellence in construction and their dedication to enhancing student accommodations nationwide. By completing these projects over the summer, MBL has contributed to creating a positive and conducive environment for students as they begin their new academic year this Autumn.
