MBL Awarded 2 New Phases With IQ Student Accommodation

We're proud to have been awarded two further phases with the UK's leading provider of student accommodation. 

Key to our success over the last 29 years has been our commitment to building long-lasting partnerships. A perfect demonstration of this commitment is our successful partnership with the UK’s leading provider of student accommodation, iQ Student Accomodation, who has recently awarded us two further phases.

That's the third phase in the Shoreditch location and another in Bloomsbury! The new phase in Shoreditch will consist of a refurb of a further 198 rooms, while Bloomsbury will be 82.
